What are your office and showroom hours?

Extravagant Affairs Rental Sales Office is by Appointment Only!  Our private showroom is located at our Sales Office and is available by appointment only, 11:00 AM – 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Please call our office at 571-222-6470 ext.101, to schedule a Showroom appointment.

Where do I pick up and return the rental equipment I rent?

Extravagant Affairs Rental Warehouse is located just minutes from the Sales Office at various locations in Chantilly, Lorton, Gainesville and Manassas, Virginia.

When may I pick up and return my rental items to the warehouse?

Due to the COVD-19 pandemic, our warehouses will not be available for pickup rentals pickup. All rentals are delivery only!  

What do I do if I have an emergency after hours and need to contact someone?

Extravagant Affairs Rental has a Manager on Duty after hours and on weekends in the case of emergencies only. To reach the MOD, please call the office number at 571-222-6470 ext.101, and you will be instructed on how to reach the MOD. Any calls other than event rental emergencies should be made during regular business hours.

What is your payment policy?

Unless you or your company has pre-approved credit with Extravagant Affairs Rental, we ask that all payments be made with a credit card. All payment information should be provided via your electronic rental terms and contract agreement. Delivery charges will be made prior to delivery. If any additional charges must be applied for missing and/or damaged items, your Sales Executive will contact you, before charging your credit card on-file.

When should I place my order?

Generally, equipment reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items. A deposit will be required to hold certain items and your event date. All orders should be finalized 2 weeks prior to delivery date.

What is your broken and/or missing items policy?

All rented items must be returned. In the event rental items are missing and/or broken, you will be contacted by your Sales Executive to arrange for their return. If items cannot be returned, a replacement charge will be assessed to the invoice. Replacement charges vary by item.

How can I get pricing on the items you rent?

If you would like specific pricing quotes on our tents, flooring, staging, etc. ,please submit a Quote Request to our customer care department email: customercare@extravagantaffairsshop.com ,and one of our sales representatives will contact you by phone or email to answer any  questions you may have.
